I love the flavor of the ham but I am unable to separate slices without them tearing into small pieces. I even tried a dull knife to separate them to no avail. Every slice in the package was like this.

The “Parisian” ham was dry and virtually tasteless. The thin slices of ham were so tightly pressed together that they crumbled into desiccated fragments when I tried to peel them off. Considering the exorbitant cost of the product, I will never again buy this kind of product from your company.

Frankly, it was disappointing.quite so. I spent my 1st ¼ century in Paris, gourmand et gourmet, and I loved the city ham. Preferably with some couenne! That's an acquired taste so I didn't hold that against this ham. The ham itself though, i found to be dry, texture & taste so-so. Compared to the real thing, that is. On its own, it's OK, sort of. However If you're trying to show off, don't loose face, make sure none of your guests have tested the real thing!
My local supermarket here in PA sells a US made, vastly superior "ham off the bone", and much cheaper off course because, désolé to break your bubble but at your prices, c'est du rip-off!

Simple and perfect. Just the thing for a grey snowy day: a baguette with butter, a little mustard and this ham. It changed my mood, which had gone a little grey, and there's still enough left for a second sandwich another time.

I had a yearning for a jambon crudites and searched for jambon de Paris. The ham and crudites (lettue, onion, tomato) were very good. The baguette I found was not as fresh as hoped. So I'm now looking for a good French bakery in the Boston area

The perfect most delicious ham to be placed on my baguettes from Spain with just the right lightly salted butter. I kept thinking what could I add to make my sandwich better but as I tasted the first bite I realized that anything added would mask the great taste of the delicate ham so just some grilled Italian olives on the side were just the right accompaniment.
