I have written three emails about the problem with this order, and I have requested a replacement or a refund. The package arrived with ice packs melted and products hot. I discarded them as I considered them unsafe to consume. I now want only a refund as I never received a reply from'Help'. I had been happy with my two previous orders, this experience has soured me on your customer service. Refund my money please.

Hello. We loved your products, we got pates, jambon et cornichons. I am French and was not disappointed by the wholesome taste. The only thing I would change is the packaging, it would be fabulous to have glass terrines and pates.

Great product but bad service due to delayed shipping and lack of communication. It’s more expensive on Amazon, but it’s trackable and you know when you’re going to get it.
Simple and perfect. Just the thing for a grey snowy day: a baguette with butter, a little mustard and this ham. It changed my mood, which had gone a little grey, and there's still enough left for a second sandwich another time.
