The only limit is your imagination. Choose contrasting colors, textures and flavors to build the perfect board, or break the board and serve it your way. Slice, spread and arrange your Charcuterie so it’s exactly how you want it, and then dig in!
01 Select
Choose your favorites to create your perfect board, picnic, or casual feast. Mix and match contrasting flavors, textures, and classic accompaniments for the ultimate combo.
02 Slice
Slice your meats, decant your Rillettes, and scatter Cornichons. There’s no right or wrong way to prepare charcuterie - it’s all up to you.
03 Serve
Your feast is ready to serve! Pile up a board, stack a plate, or load a basket with all your Three Little Pigs goodies.
Top tip
Treat your plate as a painting! By sticking to 3 predominant colors on a Charcuterie board you can create spreads that are as aesthetically pleasing as they are delicious.
Since Charcuterie is usually one color, use accompaniments for splashes of color: green Cornichons and
Olives, red and orange fruit (dried oranges, fresh strawberries), or pots containing Mousses or tart jams such as lingonberry or sour cherry.

For the best flavor, we recommend enjoying our Charcuterie within one week of opening. Pâté can be stored in the fridge tightly wrapped. After opening, cover areas that are exposed to air with cellophane and place in your refrigerator.
Pâté (pronounced Pa-TAY): French food made from meats, vegetables or seafood combined with spices, wines or liquor and other ingredients such as truffles, pistachios or wild mushrooms.
