The Saucisson sec tested good but not eatable because inside was all along a mass of tendon or muscular ligament to tuff to chew...
Patés were excellent and Cornichons superior!

Everything that I have ordered and received tastes, great, but customer service is terrible. I sent it in order several weeks later I have to inquire about what happened. I get a reply that something is just not available. So I asked how about giving me a refund for what you don’t have and send the rest. They do that. But the last time everything took longer And they ended up sending me the sausage in the wrong form. I had ordered sliced and they said three of them on sliced. I am tired of waiting all the time and having to go through hoops to get my order. I will not be ordering from them again .

It’s hard to find a good French saucisson where we live. There are many similar Italian dried sausage products but few French ones. Trois Petits Cochons’s saucisson sec is as good as what we have had on numerous occasions in France. Would recommend this charcuterie to anyone!
