This classically prepared coarse pâté is literally "Grandma's Pâté." Handcrafted with pork, chicken liver, and spices to create an enjoyable rich flavor that finishes with a hint of Armagnac. Best served cut into cubes and speared with a toothpick alongside Petits Toasts and crudités.
